Maturity level and understanding of subject material need not be dependent on age, and can't be generalized for any particular group. But, certainly teenagers as a whole still are in the phase of expanding their knowledge, and could be more vulnerable to twisted minds. This point of view does not imply that older folks are all wiser and more mature than younger individuals.
When it comes to government and religion, whether we like it or not, some form of divisional force whether it were to be religion, borders, philosophy etc has been exploited throughout human growth. This statement is more about stating the fact rather than approving the divisional force.
The last one seems more straightforward.
Medical profession and medical education is not delineated based on gender. All those who pursued further studies in the healthcare and medical fields must have gone through the same curriculum and medical ethics statement (at least on paper). When it comes to common masses, though some topics could be more gender-specific, right and relevant decisions need to be a collective one looking at the overall impact on the society.
